Creating An In-House Measurement, Analytics & Reporting Function
Knowing that all good stories need substance, not spin, we focused on tightening Dadascope’s capabilities deck to better communicate their unique purpose, vision, and process. A reimagination of proposal pricing tiers and new business pitching collateral piqued interest and fostered robust exploratory conversations with potential clients about the proprietary analytics offering.
Revising client onboarding assets ensured the most important information was uniformly captured and organized. Different ramp processes provided structure yet flexibility to meet various client wants or needs. Generating “State of the Union” PR reports got everyone on the same page about current PR performance and empowered Dadascope to offer actionable insights and value prior to executing their proposed strategy.
Creating quarterly report templates streamlined the reporting process, educated clients on the less visible impact of PR, and fully showcased the hard work of the Dadascope team. A new PR scoring system weighting different earned media coverage attributes was vital to selling in a “quality over quantity” mindset around PR. Leveraging report generation as training sessions scaled internal know-how and cultivated deeper in-house expertise ensuring Dadascope continues to be competitive, differentiated, and impactful.
